Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Internet Media Providers ("IMP," "we," "our," or "us"), including our websites (impworldwide.zo.space, ottu.media, internetmediaproviders.com, radio.impstreams.com), internet radio stations, television channels, podcasts, and on-demand video content (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Acceptable Use

Content Ownership & License

All content provided through the Services — including but not limited to audio, video, text, graphics, logos, images, software, and station programming ("IMP Content") — is the property of IMP, its licensors, or its content partners, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may listen to and view IMP Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the IMP Content without our prior written consent.

User-submitted content (comments, messages, etc.) remains your property, but you grant IMP a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Services.

Advertising & Sponsorships

Our Services may include advertisements and sponsored content. We use only brand-safe, policy-compliant advertising formats. We do not use popunders, push notifications, or other intrusive ad formats.

Some of our Services participate in advertising partner programs including, but not limited to, Google AdSense. These partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits. You may opt out of personalized advertising at https://adssettings.google.com.

Accounts & Registration

IMP does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. IMP does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content available through the Services.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL IMP, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IMP and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tennessee.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
